This has been seen as a positive influence in encouraging healthy physical activities among students.

And for these young people playing sports is more like a “grown-up” game, to play traditional sports that they may not fully enjoy. It has also been seen that sports help build self-confidence and discipline among young people. Sports help them develop good sportsmanship and team spirit among other things.
Another advantage of sports is that sports help children build their physical strength and motor skills. The best physical activities that can help you build your physical fitness include weightlifting, running, playing basketball, volleyball and softball. By doing any of these sports regularly, you are sure to increase your chances of developing good motor skills.
